Not eligible for self kiosk check-in but easy check-in at VIP check-in lounge. Great view from the penthouse. Excellent experience for the price!

It was extremely loud early around 3 AM in the morning when the garbage pick trucks started -that lasted an hour. I asked for a quiet room and clearly this was not a quiet room.

We are so sorry to hear about the issue you are having with the noise! Since we are not on-site at the hotel, we highly suggest contacting the Front Desk or Manager to see if they can help with moving that room for you or offering any compensation. We always want you to have the best stay possible - we are not able to choose exact room numbers (your suite type is guaranteed!) as this is done by the hotel upon arrival based on their current occupancies, so again I am so sorry to hear the noise is making your stay less than expected! Booking was easy and the options were good. I have not spoken with concierge as of yet. The mobile app interface looks good, but I think the web site version could use a refresh

Do not use for emergencies!!
Booking was easy. I needed a room because my mom was having a medical procedure and was expected to stay over night. The doctor then changed it and said they were sending her home. I tried to cancel...

Since cancellation policies are set by the hotel and you have to agree to them before you book, there is little we can do since you agreed to the policies before you booked. I’m so sorry that your plans changed and that you weren’t able to cancel this reservation.

Lowest price around after using promo code and quickly responded to a price difference discrepancy at the hotel and refunded me the difference in 24hrs of my initial complaint .
