Hi Corey,
Thank you so much for bringing this to our attention. I am so sorry that you were double charged by the hotel, that should never have happened! I want to assure your issue has been addressed with the hotel team to ensure it does not happen again and an immediate refund was issued to you on the day of the event reflecting the lowest rate available. I have also reached out to you personally to confirm this issue was resolved to your liking and do hope that you will let us make it up to you on a future trip.
If there is anything else I can do to help please don't hesitate to reach out at 415-857-2359.

Better than advertised. Quick turnaround, low pricing by comparison, and a personal touch assigning a great concierge to each reservation (shout-out to Kate, she’s been awesome).
