Good educational systems, very bad email customer service as they do not respond to emails, good phone customer service as they can solve the issues.

We are sorry to hear of your disappointment regarding your experience with sent emails, we do make the effort to respond to all emails received, but we are pleased to hear that you found the telephone support helpful. We are also glad to hear that you found the information for the Life Skills course excellent, but sorry that you did not enjoy your nutrition course as much. We are pleased to see that you completed both of your courses in full - if there is any aspect of the material you would like to discuss with us please contact our tutorial department directly on 01288 356 300 and we will gladly assist you.
