Stephensons Omdömen

Hi Angus, Thanks for leaving your feedback, we highly value our customer reviews to ensure we can deliver the best possible service. We’re sorry that the candles delivered to you were not to your standard. As our Customer Service Manager Kirsty has explained, we were out of stock on our usual item and needed to implement a replacement. We understand that rather than have us collect the items delivered to you, you were happy to wait until the original product was back in stock and reorder then. Thank you for your understanding and communication throughout resolving this matter.
