Vem kan lämna ett Feefo-omdöme?

Bara kunder med inköpsbevis kan lämna ett Feefo-omdöme. Vi säkerställer detta genom att kontakta köparna direkt efter transaktionen.

Hur verifierar vi omdömen?

Vi kontrollerar att omdömena kommer från verkliga kunder genom att matcha dem med en försäljning eller transaktion. Kunderna erbjuds att lämna ett omdöme bara när de har köpt något från företaget.

Hur hanterar vi falska omdömen?

Feefo förhindrar att kunder lämnar falska omdömen, eftersom vi bara erbjuder verifierade köpare att lämna feedback.

The only real measure of an insurance company is when you have to make a claim. However setting up my policy with the cs rep was very easy and I am extremely happy with the cost.

Thanks you for your kind comments. Just to clarify we do send out email and postal renewal reminders about 3-4 weeks prior to expiry of the policy. It appears that you renewed early, before the reminders would have been sent.
