Thank you for your feedback, the system does allow you to log on and see orders details and set the date for collection. If you need to change the date we do need to do over the phone or email. The staff member who picked up my storage was wonderfully helpful and friendly, and overall I found the experience of booking the storage and pickup really easy. The price is competitive too.

The price is good but the pickup delivery is horrible. Plus, no one can be contacted on Saturday when pickup delivery still runs

Thank you for your feedback, we are so sorry you found the pickup horrible and will contact you to discuss this. We do have staff in the office on Saturdays for any queries and they can be contacted by the number on the website.

Great value for Londoners and an extremely reliable customer service team!
They were extremely reliable for changing any dates, asking further questions, etc. which made the experience quite chilled out - as chilled out as moving houses can be!!
