Hi Graeme,Once again apologies. We know the iVide Chamber Sealer has now been rectified and you did not need to return it to us after all which is excellent news. We do not however have any issues logged wit the water bath. This is not a badly made Chinese product as you put it. These water baths are placed in some of the UK's and Europe's best restaurants. If you have a genuine problem please contact us. Leaving feedback saying something is poor if you have no issues it not really feedback.

Good Morning Graeme,
We are sorry to hear your feedback. Unfortunately as you are refusing to return the machine to us we are unable to inspect the problem. All chamber vacuum packing machines have the top sealing bar attached to the chamber lid. The sealing bar itself sits within stainless steel housing that is attached to the lid. This is not a design fault as this is the same with all machines. We turn around all repairs within 48 hours of receiving the goods as all out returns paperwork stipulates. Unfortunately you have not given us the opportunity to put this issue right for you. We hope in the light of day you will allow us to bring this matter to a positive conclusion for you if we can inspect the machine.
