Thank you for bringing this to our attention, when we developed the product it was always tested in water. We hadn't considered that of course our customers will want to have a play with it straight out of the box. Whilst we are unable to allow the device to be switched on without being in water we can certainly signpost the devices in our next batch to do this so I thank you for your feedback.
