Missing items in box - contacted them about it, no reply. Instructions not very clear (I’m a private chef and still found them convoluted)

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback, i'm sorry to hear that you had items missing from your box, we always try our best to reply to all emails and offer a solution for our customers so this is upsetting to hear. I am sorry that you found the instructions difficult to follow, with so many dishes to bring to the table we have tried our best to balance ease of following without being overly wordy so we will revisit this on our next box to look at where we can improve further on this.
