Hi Elliott: We are sorry that you ordered the wrong size for child. Soothems includes head circumference on every size and has a very detailed size chart displayed for each product. As clearly stated age is a loose guideline for selecting size and that you should use a physical measurement for selecting the proper size. Because Soothems products are registered with the FDA as a personal skincare product you are not allowed to return opened packages. The material Soothems are made from is a medical-grade fiber that has Chitosan a biopolymer embedded inside and is coated in Zinc Oxide. Chitosan is used by the US military for treating battlefield wounds by speeding the healing process and control infection and zinc oxide (the same active ingredient used in diaper rash creams and bacitracin) is the best natural astringent for the skin to calm itching and skin irritations. If your child is still experiencing symptoms of eczema and cradle cap that you will try to use Soothems to help treat the discomfort. Thank you. Less Itch, More Smile!

Hi Melissa - we are sorry these did not work out for you. Because Soothems are registered with the FDA and are a personal skincare product returns are not allowed on opened packages. As far as sizing goes we are not sure what else we could have done to help your child. Size 1 is our smallest size sleeve. Thank you and we wish you and your baby all the best.
