Hi Shawn,
We ask that any damage is reported within 7 days as otherwise we’re unable to make a claim with our shippers. In your case, you reported the damage weeks after receiving the prints, we then offered to fix them for free if you returned them which you decided not to do.
We’re sorry you aren’t happy with this policy but feel we’ve done everything we can to help on this, and are still happy to repair the item which seemed to have slipped slightly within the matt.

Our apologies your order arrived later than expected, I can see within your tracking information that it was delivered yesterday though. DHL were experiencing some delays with releasing shipments from customs in the run up to Christmas.

The shipping costs were excessive ($185) and in addition unexpected taxes were charged based on the value of prints plus shipping cost (an additional $250)!

I'm sorry that you're unhappy with the shipping costs, but they reflect the cost of sending two framed prints to Mexico from London and clearly stated this when the order was made. Also, sorry that there were custom charges, but these are totally out of our control. All orders in the USA and EU are free from import charges.
