Thank you for your feedback. Having looked into your order we can see delivery was attempted 22/03/19, the day after you placed your order, but no one was available to sign for this. The driver left a calling card and at present APC are waiting for you to contact them to rearrange delivery. We will be emailing you shortly to discuss this in further detail whereby we hope to come to a resolution.

Very quick delivery, ie next day. Packaging badly damaged. Not had time to try the tent out.

The toilet is very strong and serviceable but we found taking the lid on and off very difficult I fixed the problem by sandier around the top edges and applying a little oil . Was a bit upset to see...
