Great sofa! Amazing quality

Excellent quality and delivery was great! We just had one upside down bracket on the side so we needed to unscrew and put it the right way up before assembling it.

Too firm but great customer service

Top class customer service, however the sofas were too firm for our liking. Therefore snug honoured their guarantee and the sofas were returned with no issues.
