Vem kan lämna ett Feefo-omdöme?

Bara kunder med inköpsbevis kan lämna ett Feefo-omdöme. Vi säkerställer detta genom att kontakta köparna direkt efter transaktionen.

Hur verifierar vi omdömen?

Vi kontrollerar att omdömena kommer från verkliga kunder genom att matcha dem med en försäljning eller transaktion. Kunderna erbjuds att lämna ett omdöme bara när de har köpt något från företaget.

Hur hanterar vi falska omdömen?

Feefo förhindrar att kunder lämnar falska omdömen, eftersom vi bara erbjuder verifierade köpare att lämna feedback.

As a business we pride ourselves that our products, services and competitive prices speak for themselves, and therefore a comparison is not necessary. We are pleased that we were able to accommodate your needs eventually and that you did decide to renew with us, but the service you have received is unacceptable and an investigation into this will be carried out in line with our internal procedures to address this matter promptly.
