Failure to inform that they did not do viewings unless paid a separate fee and did not do either evenings or weekends, failure to keep the on line progess of sale up to date. Efficient feedback...

Lack of communication
As I live in the Middle East I felt that there was not enough communication and I felt kept in the dark.

Different set up
