Thank you for your feedback and I'm sorry to hear you expected the product to be bigger. Taking your feedback on board, perhaps adding dimensions in imperial units may help our customers who are more familiar with the imperial system. Looking at our tracking for your order I can see that your order was placed on the 26 Feb and your order was delivered on 9 March, taking 7 working days to arrive. Smaller items such as your magnets are dispatched with Royal Mail, which takes 5-10 working days to arrive. Our wallpapers are shipped with couriers which takes 3-5 working days to deliver. I'm sorry you feel our shipping prices are high. We try to reduce the cost of shipping to our customers by subsidizing shipping costs ourselves. Unfortunately, shipping worldwide has become very expensive. Hope you have a lovely day!
