Shuttle Direct United Kingdom Omdömen

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and please accept our sincere apologies that your transfer experience did not meet your expectations. We are sorry to hear that you found the waiting time and organisation at Heraklion Airport disappointing, and that the staff did not provide the level of service you expected. We understand how frustrating this can be, particularly after choosing our service based on the advertised waiting time. We would, however, like to clarify that your booking was for a shared shuttle transfer. For this type of service, the waiting time starts from the moment the customer presents themselves to the service supplier at the airport meeting point, rather than from the time the flight lands. This is because the transfer operates on a shared basis and may need to accommodate other passengers arriving on different flights. We would also like to clarify that the stated 45-minute waiting time is approximate and the average, rather than a guaranteed maximum waiting period. Depending on the arrival of other passengers and the coordination of the shared transfer, the actual waiting time may occasionally be longer. That said, we fully appreciate that the experience you had did not feel well organised, and we are sorry that the service at the meeting point did not meet the standard you expected. Your comments regarding the organisation and staff have been noted and will be shared with the relevant supplier for review. We are pleased to hear that once the transfer departed, the journey itself was satisfactory. Nevertheless, we regret that the beginning of your experience was disappointing and appreciate you bringing this to our attention.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us, and please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused. We take your concerns seriously and will investigate the matter further with our service supplier. We will get back to you as soon as we receive their feedback and the information requested. Thank you for your patience and understanding in the meantime.

We’re very sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the cancellation fee, and we understand that this was frustrating. We would like to clarify that the administration fee is part of our standard procedure when a reservation is cancelled. This fee covers the administrative processing associated with the cancellation and is applied in accordance with our booking terms. We sincerely apologize if this was not clear when you made your reservation. We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback, as it helps us improve how we communicate our policies to our customers. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again in the future.
