Do not book holiday package. Good only for flights

Flights vey good no complaints there. Local customer service rep Karamo Tamba was very rude and arrogant. Holiday club also mis represent services and give all sorts of rules at check in counter....

Certain front of house staff could be more customer focused. Could possibly gain a 5 star rating with improved management.
