I'm very sorry to hear this. Did you mention these issues to the Rep I wonder as they are usually very helpful and try their best to resolve any issues for you.

I'm so pleased you found the staff to be lovely as this is certainly true, they go out of their way to ensure you are having an enjoyable stay. Thank you for your suggestion of some additional seating away from the patio, this is a good idea and one we will pass on to the hotel.

I'm sorry to hear you didn't enjoy the food at Sunbeach. We generally get very positive feedback on the food available so I apologise this was not your experience. However, I'm delighted you otherwise enjoyed everything Sunbeach has to offer.
