It's a shame to hear you were not happy with your room. I do hope you managed to enjoy many of the other aspects of your stay.

It is great to hear you enjoy Palm Beach Hotel and all it's quirks so much and have visited so many times. We will have to see what the new owners do throughout the refurbishment, as it is going to be quite an upgrade we believe. You can see the planned changes on our website if you are interested.
