That's great to know, thank you. The food and service does get a lot of positive feedback but it's especially gratifying when a customer returns after a long time and finds an improvement.

A good breakfast really sets you up for the day, so we're delighted you enjoyed the hotel's offering and the helpful staff. We appreciate you also telling us about your disappointment with some aspects of your room - due to the hotel's nature, each of the 49 rooms differ in shape, size and view, so we would be more than happy to request an alternative room for you should you decide to visit again in the future.
