Hur samlas Feefo-omdömen in?

Sorry to read you were unhappy with Casa Mimosa. Our representatives are on hand to deal with any problems and I am pleased we were, on this occasion, able to offer you an alternative property. I hope you then went on to enjoy your holiday and I thank you for your feedback.

Generally helpful but when I first approached the company I would have appreciated more feedback on the different regions and accessibility. I did ask but had little response. Although I loved our house, we would have chosen a different area if we'd had more information.

Our staff regularly visit Corsica to get a feel of the different regions and to improve their knowledge of the properties we offer. I am therefore extremely sorry this was your experience and I thank you for your feedback.
