We always receive such positive feedback about our reps so we are sorry to hear this. Did you try to get in touch any other way? With your car hire did you ask if you can have a manual car as opposed to an electric? Hertz will always try to accommodate if they can. We are pleased you enjoyed your stay at Villa Rasello despite the points mentioned.

Thank you for your review and your feedback. We always value any feedback we receive both the positive and the negative, and will certainly pass on your comments to the owners.

Thank you for such a glowing review of Villa Ardoli, we couldn't agree more! Hopefully we can welcome you back again in the future.

Thank you for your review of Hotel Santa Vittoria. As a 2 star rated hotel it is a modest comfortable choice that is very popular with our customers and many return time again. We are sorry it did not quite meet your expectations however are pleased you did enjoy your stay overall.

Thank you for your feedback. It is unfortunate your transfer time was longer than others however the route would have been completed in the most logical way with regards to where each property is located. I would imagine if you were one of the last to be dropped off, you would have been one of the first to be collected. It sounds as though you enjoyed your stay at Le Home despite this.

It is true the residences are in a fabulous location with some stunning views! We are so pleased you enjoyed your stay and hope we can welcome you back again in the future!

We couldn't agree more! Thank you for the 5 stars!
