Very sorry to read your review but please be aware if you release any seats which were previously held, as the tickets are live, these would then be available to book online to any interested patron so we apologise if this wasn't made to clear to you and do bear this in mind for any potential future booking.

The CS agent told me to remove them from my basket and because of this I lost the seats so, as fast as I’m concerned, it’s SeeTickets fault.
