Hello,
Very pleased to hear you found booking with us straightforward and simple. The transaction fee is reflective of the delivery option and we aim to keep all fees as low as possible though as you say, a small fee is applicable to print at home tickets.

Easy service.
I wasn’t sure about where the seats would be as it was hard to tell for The Roundhouse, but the seats were great and easy to collect at the venue.
