Even the service, the guides and the ferrys were correct. The whole experience was not good.

Thank you for your feedback regarding the 1 Day Kangaroo Island Experience tour. You’re right, this is a long day as it includes travel to and from Cape Jervis to catch the SeaLink ferry to Kangaroo Island. This tour is designed to provide a snapshot of Kangaroo Island and we try and fit in as much as we can for people who only have one day to tour the island. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that wildlife will be seen as they are animals in the wild. Some days you see lots of kangaroos, koalas and Australia Sea-lions and some days they are all hiding – normally to sleep or shelter from the weather. If you travel to the island again, we definitely recommend at least two days to see more and if the wildlife is hard to find, we recommend a visit to the Kangaroo Island Wildlife Park at Parndana.
