Only complaint was the rough crossing back but you cannot pick the weather

Wonderful Place to visit lots to do and see our tour guide was excellent and kept us all on track. Accommodation was very good and the Hotel at Pennshaw served a delicious Paddock to Bay meal. Weather could have been bette but yoy cannot pick this. Had a great time will come back and stay longer
The bus broke down at the end of a 10 hour day as we were in the process of being dropped off at our hotels. I understand that things happen, however this was handled very poorly! They left...

Thank you for providing us with your feedback, we certainly appreciate knowing how our drivers are conducting themselves while on tour.
First of all I would like to convey our sincere apology to you for the unfortunate delay at the end of your day touring with us. The fault was found to be a fan belt tension spring.
I can assure you that every effort was being made to minimise the delay by our operations staff on the island. The nearest relief coach was over 60km’s away.
I would also like to assure you that we educate and train our drivers extensively to provide a high level of customer service under any type of circumstance. Unfortunately on this occasion our service to you did not reach the high standard expected by the company.
We want all our customers to walk away with positive and enjoyable memories of their time with us. Once again please accept our apology for the inconvenience caused.

Great service and Alby is excellent driver and tour guide
SeaLink was on time, the driver was very pleasant but I was a bit sea sick on the way back. Not the fault of the company though.
