Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback regarding our one day Kangaroo Island Experience tour on Feefo. It was great to hear that you enjoyed the day and saw lots of wildlife and interesting landscapes. I will investigate the reason why the bus left late in the morning, the scheduled departure time is 6.45am in order to get to Cape Jervis in time. I will also be passing on your feedback regarding the coach’s audio and ask that this is checked by our mechanical team. I have noted your comments about the time taken to get to and from Cape Jervis, which is not part of the actual day tour. This is a very valid point and we will look at ways to make this clearer in our brochures and websites. The 1 Day Kangaroo Island Experience tour is made up of a number of components including return coach transfers from Adelaide, return ferry service to Kangaroo Island, full day touring in a luxury, air conditioned coach, a 2 course lunch and all entry fees including entry to two of the main highlights of the island, which are Seal Bay Conservation Park and Flinders Chase National Park. The tour itself is priced at $157 and the transport to and from Adelaide is $112. I’m sorry to read that you thought this tour is overpriced but I can assure you that the price is comparable to other like tours around Australia and we do feel it offers good value for money. For example: •Kakadu National Park tour from Darwin $245 per person •Quicksilver Outer Barrier Reef Tour from Cairns $266 per person If you are discussing Kangaroo Island with any of your friends or family you might like to recommend our two day tour which not only takes in more of the highlights of Kangaroo Island but also runs at a more leisurely pace as it includes the overnight accommodation on Kangaroo Island.
