wONDERFUL tour director. Danielle Munro is the best. Driver Adam Bernet was wonderful as well. Best driver and ever so patient with those rotten caravans holding everybody up!

Great experience tour guide on coach tour was exceptional, the very best

Tour manager on cruise was knowledgeable, good organiser but had poor communications one on one with the passengers when problems had to be resolved.
