Vem kan lämna ett Feefo-omdöme?

Bara kunder med inköpsbevis kan lämna ett Feefo-omdöme. Vi säkerställer detta genom att kontakta köparna direkt efter transaktionen.

Hur verifierar vi omdömen?

Vi kontrollerar att omdömena kommer från verkliga kunder genom att matcha dem med en försäljning eller transaktion. Kunderna erbjuds att lämna ett omdöme bara när de har köpt något från företaget.

Hur hanterar vi falska omdömen?

Feefo förhindrar att kunder lämnar falska omdömen, eftersom vi bara erbjuder verifierade köpare att lämna feedback.

Hi Savvy Team, Is this not apart of the services that are provided by Savvy? To resolve any issue with the financial institute? Clearly I am having trouble in my request and have had no success, is this not something you can help with?

Hi Stefanie, thanks for your reply. It will be best to speak to the financier you've your loan through as your direct debit is managed by them not by Savvy. Easy to use but very repetitive, had to fill out the same forms 3 times because they kept getting it wrong Spoke to many different employees and all had were fantastic to talk and efficient
