Vem kan lämna ett Feefo-omdöme?

Bara kunder med inköpsbevis kan lämna ett Feefo-omdöme. Vi säkerställer detta genom att kontakta köparna direkt efter transaktionen.

Hur verifierar vi omdömen?

Vi kontrollerar att omdömena kommer från verkliga kunder genom att matcha dem med en försäljning eller transaktion. Kunderna erbjuds att lämna ett omdöme bara när de har köpt något från företaget.

No order confirmation

I didn't get a confirmation email when my order had been placed. Also an item was missing from my order due to it being on backlog but I didn't know this until I rang customer services

Your Gelish Top It Off Seal Gel is expected in to us this week. As soon as this arrives we will despatch this to yourself.

Store staff incredibly helpful!

Unfortunately codes didn't show properly online on the hair dye selection so I was unable to pick the correct colour. The photo clearly showed the code I needed but this wasn't the dye sent....

During our VAT free events, we do quote 3-5 days for despatch. This is due to the volume of orders we receive.

When I ordered didn't realize that the click & collect took longer I thought you could pick it up the next day. Won't do that again will choose delivery
