Vem kan lämna ett Feefo-omdöme?

Bara kunder med inköpsbevis kan lämna ett Feefo-omdöme. Vi säkerställer detta genom att kontakta köparna direkt efter transaktionen.

Hur verifierar vi omdömen?

Vi kontrollerar att omdömena kommer från verkliga kunder genom att matcha dem med en försäljning eller transaktion. Kunderna erbjuds att lämna ett omdöme bara när de har köpt något från företaget.

Hur hanterar vi falska omdömen?

they explained it really well at how my stuff is being stored and it is safe whilst its in storage which is amazing while other self storage places dont explain it very well.
