Very good experience, very helpful and friendly and called when they said. Was a able to speak to the surveyor directly, which was a great help too.

My survey
I was told they would call me to introduce themselves before survey but that didn’t happen. Otherwise on time and report to me promptly and written in a way that was easy to understand.

Useless survey and poor service.
They provided a factually incorrect report and extremely poor service. We require our money back. Romans have since sent a defensive letter dismissing the factually incorrect information, instead...
