Experience with phone calls to the Riviera office was mixed, with some conflicting advice given. Some issues seem to be made more complicated than they needed to be!

The transfers were much more arduous than expected. We would have preferred to have had more detailed information about this at the time of booking with a view to looking at alternative arrangements. We would have liked to have added some days in a hotel before or after the cruise, but when we requested this we were told it was not possible. We were led to believe when initially booking that this would be possible at a later date.
