Thank you for the feedback Gordon. As the Goose Feather is a natural pillow and not synthetic there will be a little maintenance required for the pillow to regain its loft. We would recommend taking the pillow in each hand and starting at the centre of each side, gently pad the pillow. This will allow inner fill to spread evenly whilst allowing more air to circulate in and around them thus increasing loft throughout the body. Repeat this process until the pillow appears even. It is very important to ‘tease’ the pillow and NOT to shake as this will cause compacting of the filling and produce lumpiness. Regards, David
