Thank you for your feedback. We send out all our deliveries on a next day courier service that does require a customer signature. Our courier, DPD, sends a text message confirming the specific time on the day of the delivery and allows for customers to either re-arrange or leave with a neighbour. Unfortunately as you did not supply a mobile number with your order they were unable to send this. I’m sorry that your experience collecting from the depot was less than ideal; I have raised this with DPD. Please note for future reference that you would not have to pay anything extra to arrange a re-delivery. Regards, David

As discussed I have arranged for the item to be collected and a replacement has been sent out today, which you will receive tomorrow. In addition to this I have sent swatches of our Boutique Linen bed linen ranges as a replacement for your Prima items. After investigating, your order was due to be despatched on the 17th, which you received confirmation of, but unfortunately we had a manufacturing delay which resulted in your order being despatched on the 19th. I apologise for the delay and have spoken with our manufacturing department.
