Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that the instructions were not up to standard and it took you a long time to put together. Our sales advisors have been instructed to offer an assembly service on all KD furniture in response to your feedback. I understand that you are happy with the product as you were offered either the showroom model or a newly assembled one in place of yours.

Not THAT Stressless..

The delivery has been postponed 3 times in 3 weeks time without notification. The brand "Stressless" sounds a bit ironic in that context.
