We apologise for the delay regarding the COD, we can see from our records a COD was issued yesterday and this has been sent to your email, please also check your junk/spam.

Please also note you received a salvage value for your vehicle. For salvage / repairable vehicles, COD's are not always issued, hence why you received a ‘salvage value' and not a ‘scrap value’. In the cases where a COD will be issued, there may be a delay whilst the vehicle is going through the salvage/depollution process.
