Vem kan lämna ett Feefo-omdöme?

Bara kunder med inköpsbevis kan lämna ett Feefo-omdöme. Vi säkerställer detta genom att kontakta köparna direkt efter transaktionen.

Hur verifierar vi omdömen?

Vi kontrollerar att omdömena kommer från verkliga kunder genom att matcha dem med en försäljning eller transaktion. Kunderna erbjuds att lämna ett omdöme bara när de har köpt något från företaget.

Hur hanterar vi falska omdömen?

fast payment - but some jobs pay less than the minimum wage

Thanks for your review and 5 stars :) However nothing on RedWigWam is ever below the national living wage? Some mystery shopping jobs may pay £7 but this is for 15 mins - any problems email us@redwigwam.com

Disappointed no one was able to contact me

Booked for 8 jobs, but only 4 available to report on. I did highlight this at the time, but they were not on my time sheet so couldn’t report and therefore not paid for my visits

I was given a store assignment of Sainsburys and it wasnt at the postcode and address given. It was a Spar store. Waste of my time and petrol.
