Vem kan lämna ett Feefo-omdöme?

Bara kunder med inköpsbevis kan lämna ett Feefo-omdöme. Vi säkerställer detta genom att kontakta köparna direkt efter transaktionen.

Hur verifierar vi omdömen?

Vi kontrollerar att omdömena kommer från verkliga kunder genom att matcha dem med en försäljning eller transaktion. Kunderna erbjuds att lämna ett omdöme bara när de har köpt något från företaget.

The voucher was not delivered to the recipient

The voucher did not get delivered to the recipient, I had to screen shot the copy sent to me and forward it

I have checked your order details and can see the eGift Card was successfully emailed to the requested recipients email address noted in your order on 01/10/2021 at 18:09 (sometimes these end up in junk/spam folders depending on privacy settings). When you place an order and request this is sent as a gift, we also send you an order confirmation email which includes details of the recipients email address (confirming where we've sent the email to). This completed order email also allows you to access the eGift Card. It works just fine

Clear and simple instructions. Not sure why the 30 minutes wait after payment but it works ok if you don't need to gift the voucher instantly. Recommended.
