Vem kan lämna ett Feefo-omdöme?

Bara kunder med inköpsbevis kan lämna ett Feefo-omdöme. Vi säkerställer detta genom att kontakta köparna direkt efter transaktionen.

Hur verifierar vi omdömen?

Vi kontrollerar att omdömena kommer från verkliga kunder genom att matcha dem med en försäljning eller transaktion. Kunderna erbjuds att lämna ett omdöme bara när de har köpt något från företaget.

Red Funnel Isle of Wight Ferries

We are sorry you were not able to travel on an earlier sailing which was due to a temporary reduction in vehicle capacity whilst the upper linkspan surfaces were treated with anti-slip paint before the worst of the winter weather. Whilst pre-booked customers for each sailing were unaffected there wasn't space on some sailings to upload all stand-by customers. Unfortunately it wasn't possible to widely pre-advertise the capacity change as the decision to go ahead was based on a 24hr weather window - the time needed for the new coating to cure. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience.
