Vem kan lämna ett Feefo-omdöme?

Bara kunder med inköpsbevis kan lämna ett Feefo-omdöme. Vi säkerställer detta genom att kontakta köparna direkt efter transaktionen.

Hur verifierar vi omdömen?

Vi kontrollerar att omdömena kommer från verkliga kunder genom att matcha dem med en försäljning eller transaktion. Kunderna erbjuds att lämna ett omdöme bara när de har köpt något från företaget.

Everything was good apart from the cafe, while waiting for the ferry at Southampton I had a up of tea. The cafe was very dirty and unclean and the toilets were discussting. I won't be going in there...

We are sorry you were not able to travel on your intended sailing which was due to a temporary reduction in vehicle capacity whilst the upper linkspan surfaces were treated with anti-slip paint before the worst of the winter weather. Whilst pre-booked customers were unaffected there wasn't time to widely pre-advertise the change as the decision to go ahead was based on a 24hr weather window - the time needed for the new coating to cure.
