Vem kan lämna ett Feefo-omdöme?

Bara kunder med inköpsbevis kan lämna ett Feefo-omdöme. Vi säkerställer detta genom att kontakta köparna direkt efter transaktionen.

Hur verifierar vi omdömen?

Vi kontrollerar att omdömena kommer från verkliga kunder genom att matcha dem med en försäljning eller transaktion. Kunderna erbjuds att lämna ett omdöme bara när de har köpt något från företaget.

Hur hanterar vi falska omdömen?

Feefo förhindrar att kunder lämnar falska omdömen, eftersom vi bara erbjuder verifierade köpare att lämna feedback.

In 4 years I have had nothing. I have had to drastically reduce my visits to my elderly parents due to the continuing hike in prices. I have looked at my settings and they are set to receive newsletters etc. However, I am not going to continue, I have said what I wanted and you at least had the decency to respond. For that, I thank you
