Thank you for the feedback, we have operated demand based pricing for vehicles since 2007. The model has been adopted widely by the transport and holiday market throughout the world although Red Funnel's foot passengers fares remain at fixed prices. In terms of seating capacity, we are making a big announcement on the 6 December so watch this space. With respect to car deck access, we operate in accordance with strict UK statutory requirements so although we acknowledge that some customers would like to remain in their vehicles it is just not possible I'm afraid.
