Vem kan lämna ett Feefo-omdöme?

Bara kunder med inköpsbevis kan lämna ett Feefo-omdöme. Vi säkerställer detta genom att kontakta köparna direkt efter transaktionen.

Hur verifierar vi omdömen?

Vi kontrollerar att omdömena kommer från verkliga kunder genom att matcha dem med en försäljning eller transaktion. Kunderna erbjuds att lämna ett omdöme bara när de har köpt något från företaget.

Hur hanterar vi falska omdömen?

Not had any yet. I've accessed online but its the print copies I've purchased I'm after. Ordered in March but I have been told I won't get till Mayso can't review yet.

Good morning. I have reviewed your account and can see that you took out your subscription at the end of March. This means that your first payment will be paid on 2nd May 2023 & you will then receive the May edition of Nursing Standard. Your print journal will arrive on or before 15th May 2023.
