Hur samlas Feefo-omdömen in?

At their best, they offer interesting holidays for a very wide range of walking abilities and related interests. Unfortunately too little guidance is given to clients to ensure they choose a holiday which is right for their ability and interests, and also the expertise and preparation of the leaders could be more consistent.

The booking staff do not seem to know much about the holidays or walking in general. Other walking holiday companies have more helpful/knowlegable booking staff.
