Vem kan lämna ett Feefo-omdöme?

Bara kunder med inköpsbevis kan lämna ett Feefo-omdöme. Vi säkerställer detta genom att kontakta köparna direkt efter transaktionen.

Hur verifierar vi omdömen?

Vi kontrollerar att omdömena kommer från verkliga kunder genom att matcha dem med en försäljning eller transaktion. Kunderna erbjuds att lämna ett omdöme bara när de har köpt något från företaget.

Your Loyalty Points have also been redeemed against your booking. Often clients save up their points to use in the future, so we do not automatically add them to the booking.
