Vem kan lämna ett Feefo-omdöme?

Bara kunder med inköpsbevis kan lämna ett Feefo-omdöme. Vi säkerställer detta genom att kontakta köparna direkt efter transaktionen.

Hur verifierar vi omdömen?

Vi kontrollerar att omdömena kommer från verkliga kunder genom att matcha dem med en försäljning eller transaktion. Kunderna erbjuds att lämna ett omdöme bara när de har köpt något från företaget.

Hur hanterar vi falska omdömen?

Feefo förhindrar att kunder lämnar falska omdömen, eftersom vi bara erbjuder verifierade köpare att lämna feedback.

Thanks for your feedback; I'm sorry that the process of booking your holiday with us has caused you so much consternation. Our Travel Department Supervisor replied to your emailed query yesterday with a clarification as to the payments due and charged to your credit card; I suspect our email and your feedback posting have overlapped. Following yesterday's email response, should you have queries or outstanding concerns as to our explanation, please don't hesitate to contact our travel team again for further clarification. We really do value your feedback and thank you for taking the time to do so. Unfortunately, there are times when it is not always so easy to receive a room confirmation as quickly as we would like. Please rest assure that this is not certainly not usual and we are excellent at updating our clients as to the progress of their bookings throughout the entire process. We can only apologise to you for having to call and chase us up. I have since taken this up with my Sales & Reservations department to prevent this occurring again.
