Vem kan lämna ett Feefo-omdöme?

Bara kunder med inköpsbevis kan lämna ett Feefo-omdöme. Vi säkerställer detta genom att kontakta köparna direkt efter transaktionen.

Hur verifierar vi omdömen?

Vi kontrollerar att omdömena kommer från verkliga kunder genom att matcha dem med en försäljning eller transaktion. Kunderna erbjuds att lämna ett omdöme bara när de har köpt något från företaget.

Generally efficient and holidays meet the specification in the brochure. However on two occasions recently I have been left waiting for a week ,to find out if a single room is available.

Thank you for your feedback. Please understand that this is a charge that is unfortunately implemented by your credit card provider and thus we have no option but to pass this on to our clients. It would be wonderful if card providers would withdraw such charges but sadly I do not feel this will happen.
