Price and simplicity
After many years of insurance with NRMA I have been changing slowly to QBE due to your competitive pricing which NRMA can't match even with my 30 plus years of membership and multipolicy discounts.

Phoning is hopeless so if you don't have a computer be prepared to wait.
I phoned and was on the phone for 25 minutes just listening to music. Then I decided to try online and did it all in a few minutes.

I also need a reply to my email of yesterday re accessing my details online. The temporary password I was given does not get me in. It keeps saying my security question is wrong when I know it's right.
